By accessing and using the services provided by Noble Fitness Studio (“Noble”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Membership Eligibility
Membership is available to individuals aged 18 and over. Minors aged 14 to 17 may be eligible for membership with parental or legal guardian consent and must be accompanied by an adult during workouts.

3. Membership Obligations
Members are required to:
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Update personal information as necessary.
• Comply with all Noble policies and procedures.

4. Membership Fees and Payment
Membership fees are due in accordance with the selected membership plan. Payments can be made via credit/debit card or electronic funds transfer. Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Members may cancel their membership by providing a 30-day written notice. Refunds are not provided for partial months. Specific cancellation procedures and any applicable fees are detailed in the membership agreement.

6. Use of Facilities
Members agree to:
• Use equipment properly and return it after use.
• Adhere to posted rules and staff instructions.
• Refrain from behavior that is disruptive or poses a safety risk.

7. Health and Safety
Members affirm they are in good health and capable of participating in physical activities. It is recommended to consult a physician before starting any exercise program. Members must inform staff of any health conditions that may affect their ability to exercise safely.

8. Personal Belongings
Noble is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings. Lockers are provided for day use only; items left overnight may be removed.

9. Code of Conduct
Members must:
• Treat staff and other members with respect.
• Refrain from using offensive language or behavior.
• Wear appropriate attire, including closed-toe athletic shoes.

10. Liability Waiver
Members acknowledge the inherent risks of physical activity and agree to release Noble, its employees, and agents from any claims arising from injury or loss in connection with the use of facilities or participation in activities.

11. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected by Noble is used solely for membership management and communication purposes. Noble does not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

12. Amendments
Noble reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through postings within the facility.

13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

14. SMS/Messaging Terms and Conditions (A2P Compliance)
Opt-in Disclosure: By providing your phone number, you consent to receiving automated transactional and marketing text messages (SMS/MMS) from Noble Fitness Studio. Frequency varies based on your activity and engagement.
Opt-out Instructions: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP.
Carrier Disclaimer: Standard message and data rates may apply. Noble Fitness Studio is not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.
